THE SPACE
The house is over 2400 square feet of meticulously designed space. You will enter into the living room with a sofa and two chairs. There is a well stocked kitchen and a breakfast table with two benches. Enjoy a meal with your friends or family in the formal dining room with 8 chairs. The family room has a sofa and love seat as well as a large screen 4K HD TV. There is also a bathroom and laundry room on this floor (washer and dryer). The 1st floor bedroom has two full beds. Just up the stairs you will find a bedroom with one queen bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a twin bed, as well as the primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. On the side of the house you can find the game room with sofa, table and stools, ping pong table, video game consoles, HD TV and an arcade cabinet.
All linens, towels and bath amenities are provided. You will also have access to high speed mesh WIFI for all your connectivity needs.
THE LOCATION
Our home is located in a quiet residential area close to the shops and restaurants in downtown Twain Harte. The home is surrounded by pine and oak trees with hiking trails nearby. Close to the 108 freeway for easy access, even in the winter. Our street gets regularly plowed for snow during the winter months.
There is plenty of street parking is available, you can park on the driveway or in the garage. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
